    Your story and photos should be compelling and engaging. Clearly state how the money raised will be used, and how donations will make a positive difference.

  • Set realistic goals.

    Most crowdfunding projects last 90 days, receive gifts that are under $100, and have an overall goal in the $5,000-$25,000 range.

Lastly, but most importantly:

  • Have project champions.

    Crowdfunding is driven by peer-to-peer efforts. You need people willing to dedicate time and energy to push your project out through their own networks and social media channels.
